Eligibility requires that:

• You are a “non-traditional” female student from Vigo County.
• You have completed at least 30 hours of post-secondary education
• You demonstrate financial need, ambition, personal character and evidence of overcoming obstacles.
• You have been involved in community service and extracurricular actives.
