Eligibility requires that:

• You must be a graduate of Clay City High School, but are not required to be a member of the current year’s graduating class.
• You shall either attend Indiana State University pursuing a degree in any area of study, but preferably business, or study business at an accredited four-year institution of higher education.
• You demonstrate good citizenship through community activities, including school activities and employment.
