Bettina “Tina” Clem was born on May 4, 1949, in Terre Haute to Thomas A. Groscop and Marian Perry Groscop. Tina was a beloved teacher at Meadows Elementary School for 35 years. Tina was a member of Central Presbyterian Church where she taught Sunday school and served on the Board of Deacons and various committees. She was a member of Chi Omega Sorority at Indiana State University, the National Reading Recovery Association and a former Board Member of the Terre Haute Humane Society. Tina was a graduate of ISU with her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education. She worked to help others throughout her life and will continue to do so through this fund.

Eligibility requires that:

• You are a graduating senior of a Vigo County high school.
• You are seeking a postsecondary degree in Education, with plans to become a teacher.
