Josh Kackley was born May 17, 1984, in Terre Haute to Jeff Kackley and Dawn Fowler Kackley. Josh went to St. Patrick’s Elementary and Honey Creek Middle School. He was a graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School in 2003, and attended Ivy Tech. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He holds a track record in Vigo County, which has never been broken, and participated in Vigo County Youth Football, Terre Haute South freshman football, Boy’s Club basketball, and P.C.Y.R.A. baseball. He was employed as an orderly in surgery for Terre Haute Regional Hospital.

Eligibility requires that:

• You must be a graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School.
• You must be pursuing a medical or medical related field.
