Eligibility requires that:

• You have completed at least one year of post-secondary education and are considered a second year student.
• You reside in the 7th Congressional District of Indiana as served by John Myers during his 30 years of service as a United States Representative.
• You are attending an accredited Indiana institution of higher education.
• You have volunteered during the political campaign of a Republican candidate, worked for the Republican Party, or worked for an affiliated organization.
