Eligibility requires that:

• You are a graduate of a Vigo County high school.
• You live in Nevins or Otter Creek Township at the time of your graduation.
• You plan to attend or are attending Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Indiana State University, Ivy Tech Community College in Terre Haute, Purdue University, or St-Mary-of-the-Woods College.
• You demonstrate financial need.
