Eligibility requires that:

• You are a resident of Sullivan County.
• You demonstrate good moral character.
• You demonstrate financial need.
• You are enrolled in the Indiana State University pursuing a degree in education.
• You have completed at least the equivalent of four semesters toward a degree in education.
• You must have and maintain a grade point average of 3.0.
