Eligibility requires that:

• Have been of resident of Gill Township, state of Indiana for at least one (1) year.
• Exhibit ability, desire and motivation to achieve post high school educational in certification and/or college degrees.
• Have financial need and has not received another substantial award.
• Demonstrate sincerity of purpose through good school attendance.
