Eligibility requires that:

• You are a graduating senior of a Clay, Sullivan, or Vigo County public high school or alternative school.
• You have a GPA of 2.0 or above.
• You intend to pursue a post-secondary education at an accredited two-year institution of higher education.
• Preference will be given to students pursuing a degree in education, with the intent to teach, particularly technology education.
