Eligibility requires that:

You are the child of full time, employed for wages, Law Enforcement Officers in Vigo County including Terre Haute, Riley, Seelyville, West Terre Haute and Indiana State University police, marshal or security departments; Vigo County Sheriff’s Department and full time, employed for wages, firefighters in Vigo County.

In addition, the donors would include the children of active Volunteer Firefighters and active Reserve Deputies in Vigo County, and the children of Indiana State Police officers, Indiana Conservation officers, FBI officers and U.S. Marshals if they reside in Vigo County. Prior recipients may reapply.
