Eligibility requires that:

• You demonstrate financial need.
• You are a resident of the Wabash Valley and have a GED or diploma from an accredited high school.
• You are pursuing a Vocational, Associate, or Bachelor Degree; or
• You are taking a single class or seminar to help you reach your personal goals (must provide a narrative of no more than 500 words explaining why you are taking this course).
• You are a non-traditional student.
